All prices are excluding tourist tax € 2,00 per person per night for persons of or over 15 years of age.

Dogs are welcome, we have suitable rooms in our guest house. Please contact us about our options.
We charge € 12.50 per dog, per night.

Room price includes rich breakfast buffet, use of sauna, heated ski boot room and Nordic walking sticks. For children, we created a playroom with table tennis, table soccer and the possibility to play music using own device. The Tennengau card is also inclusive, which gives for example a discount to the entrance to the St. Martin Waterpark as from 3PM and 1 x free daypass per person per stay. You can find a summary of all our other inclusive services here. Our bar is open: Tuesday - Wednesday 16:00 - 22:00 and Thursday - Sunday 11:00 -22:00 CET.

If your stay is no longer than one night we charge additionally a shortstay rate of € 15,00 per room.

Prepayment & Cancellation Policy

We do not require prepayment.

Cancellation Policy:
- Until 14 days prior to arrival: free of charge
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total package price
- If traveling is not possible due to Covid-19 measures, you cancellation will be free of charge

The Austrian 2006 General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry are applicble for all our transactions.
